every child's life starts with movement and play!  But as we grow, play is minimized and the focus is switched to work.  We begin to associate exercise and healthy eating with sentences that start with "I have to..." and "I should.." instead of "I can't wait to..." and "I want to try...".  Going to the gym and preparing healthier meals becomes a chore in our already hectic lives.  

R.E.C.E.S.S. Programs are changing that!  Instilling the idea of FUN in FITNESS 


early and keeping that association as we grow will create healthier generations.  We are beginning to see fitness events evolve around the concept of FUN from dance programs like Zumba to a 5K Glowtronic event with glow-in-the-dark light sticks, all promoting a party-like atmosphere while sneaking in fitness.  This is the concept behind our programs, for both parent and child.  How do we do this?

  • Instill a sense of PRIDE and ownership in "their" health club and class, not just Mom or Dad's

  • Implement games that appeal to BOTH girls and boys simultaneously as well as multiple age groups

  • Provide instructors with exciting activities that involve no underlying special skill or interest


  • Creatively mix music, movement, and motivation
