Each 30-minute class is designed for 1-5 year olds with their specific physical, social, and emotional needs in mind.  We follow a repetitive format that allows even the smallest of SUPERkids to learn active listening and group participation.  We have several that are too small for school, but respond to the sequence expectation.  This expectation reinforces their belief in self. What this mean for adults is lots ofSMILES and a growing self-esteem. 

Progression through the skills that are incorporated into each class is based on each child, however, we watch children master skills earlier right before our eyes at a faster pace than without exposure to our programs!  When our SUPERkids begin to approach the age of 5 they begin to predict each sequence.  This shows signs of "graduating" into the older R.E.C.E.S.S. classes, and at this point, they can attend BOTH, transitioning at their own individual pace.

An important part of R.E.C.E.S.S.jr! is to teach kids (and parents too!) to focus on what foods are healthy and what foods are not.  Learning that SUPERFOODS give us SUPER energy is the key to a future of POWERFULLY strong and healthy-minded eaters!
